Her journey began early with a love for storytelling and visual art, which led her to explore different roles in filmmaking. She enjoys working in collaborative environments and has a keen attention to detail, always striving to bring creativity, technical skill, and dedication to every project.

About
Tara's Cinematography Journey
Tara Mokhtari is an aspiring cinematographer with experience in key roles across the film and camera department. She has worked as a cinematographer, camera operator, focus puller, first and second camera assistant, gaining hands-on experience in both digital and film formats.
Tara has worked with ARRI cameras, focusing on tasks such as focus pulling for both digital and film cameras, film and magazine loading, and clapper-loader duties. These experiences have deepened her technical understanding while fueling her passion for visual storytelling.
Currently, Tara is focused on growing within cinematography and camera operation, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Director of Photography (DOP).
